The Rapture

These verses from the Book of Revelation express important ideas about God’s judgment, the need for repentance, and God’s sovereignty. We should acknowledge our need for God’s grace, turn away from sin, and align our lives with His will.

Father’s Comments:

In Revelation, we witness a series of escalating events, from the blowing of trumpets to the pouring out of bowls, all of which symbolize God’s judgments upon the world.

Our actions have consequences, and God is the one in charge of everything. God is telling us to pay attention to what He is saying, to change our ways if needed, and to remember that He is the ultimate ruler of everything in the world. It’s a call for us to turn back to God and recognize that He’s in control.

These verses use really strong and intense images to show just how serious God’s judgment can be. It’s like a powerful visual reminder of how important it is for us to stop doing wrong things and to ask God for forgiveness and help. It’s a wake-up call, urging us to change our ways and turn to God’s mercy and forgiveness because the consequences of our actions can be really severe if we don’t.

When God decides something is wrong, He takes it very seriously and won’t change His mind easily. It’s a strong warning that if we keep doing bad things without saying sorry to God, bad stuff can happen. So, we should be good and live the way God wants us to. We should pay attention to our relationship with God and make sure we’re doing what He likes, and not doing things He doesn’t like.

Think of it like a reminder to fix our relationship with God and live the way He wants us to. Ignoring this reminder can have really bad effects on us and the world.

But, no matter how scary and chaotic things might look during these end-times events, we can be sure that God’s fairness and goodness will win in the end. That even when everything seems to be falling apart, we can trust that God will make things right in the end.

This picture is about the Rapture.

In Revelations the first Angel will pour out Hail, Blood rain, and Fire onto the earth.

In Revelations 8:8 there will be a great mountain on fire thrown into the sea and ⅓ of the ocean will be blood and ⅓ of the sea creatures will die and then ⅓ of the ships will be destroyed.

Next in Revelations 8:10 there will be a star named wormwood falling onto the earth. I had no idea how to draw a wormwood so I drew a worm and a piece of wood lol. ⅓ of the sun will not shine ⅓ of the moon will not give light and ⅓ of the stars will not shine.

In Revelations 9:7-10 the fifth angel sounded and a star came down with a key to unlock the bottomless pit and allowed many locusts to torment men for 5 months. The shape of these locusts were like horses ready for battle. On their heads were crowns of something like gold, and their faces were like faces of men. They had hair like women’s hair, and their teeth were like lions teeth and that had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots with many horses running into battle. They had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails. Their power was to hurt men for 5 months.

They had fiery red, hyacinth blue, and sulfur yellow breastplates.  There were 24 elders. The random circles of random pictures are just circular randomness lol. God is going to push “That was easy button ” because He is the Man dude.

Revelations 16:1 talks about the Bowl judgments poured on the earth. Whew oh boy. The first bowl judgment is men and women will get these awful sores on their bodies that are really frickin painful. The heat of the sun will increase with heat and fire. Darkness will cover and there Will be gnashing of teeth. In Revelations 16:3 All the ocean and all the sea creatures will die. Next all the fresh water springs, lakes, rivers, and water jugs will all turn into blood. Talk about dying of thirst. The whole river Euphrates will dry up and be cracked. Lastly, there will be a loud voice from heaven coming from God’s temple saying “It is finished” then we get to meet our precious Lord face to face!
